During the initial consultation, Shawn and Chris were punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. They had a rep from the clean up side there and the reconstruction to address both parts of the job needed. They patiently answered all my questions and provided a clear, detailed plan for addressing the fire damage in my home. Unlike the other companies I meet with Complete Restoration didn't just try to sell their services; they genuinely wanted to help me understand the process and make the best decision for my situation. I did not use their services but did have Shawn come out to inspect my crawl space for any major issues that I needed to address. He was very professional and honest, and did not try to sell me on anything I did not need. I would call CRS for any future needs without hesitation.
