Chris & Corey Langdon

Company Founders

Both born in Twin Falls, Idaho and graduating from Twin Falls High School. Corey moved to Boise in 2003 to attend BSU. Corey graduated BSU in 2008 with a Bachelor's in Horticulture with an emphasis in business. 

We were married for 11 years and have 2 children; Porter & Piper. Since 2019, we have been business partners and co-parents. We work extremely well together and are very fortunate to have the working relationship we have today. 

It was Chris's dream to start a restoration company since entering the industry in 2004.  He started as a technician with a local company and worked his way up. The storm of 2017 kicked off Corey's full time restoration career due to the demand from all the ice dams. 

Greg

Rebuild Project Manager

Raised in Weiser, Idaho and has lived in the Boise area since the age of 13. Has 3 amazing children. Owned a small construction business in early 2003 and worked construction till 2011. Left the construction industry for 5 years to work in the North Dakota oil fields for 3 years and in Saudi Arabia for 2 as a supervisor. Came back in 2017 and became a construction superintendent.

Joined Complete Restoration Services in 2020.

Reconstruction Manager/Estimator

From Meridian and graduate of Mountain View High School. Returned to Idaho after 10 years out of state with my wife and beautiful young daughter. My wife and I met each other at the gym and fitness continues to be a huge part of our life. We enjoy hiking and exploring the outdoors.

I love that in the restoration industry every project is a different challenge and I love the wide range of people we get to meet and help. I am looking forward to helping the members of our community with a high level of customer service and bringing a personal touch to each project we are involved in.

I am an Idaho Native! Graduated from Meridian High. 1 son and 4 dogs.

What brought me to the restoration industry is meeting Corey through the Boise Metro Chamber's Ambassadors Program. We got along very well, one thing led to another and it turned into a career move. My love for meeting new people and helping them made this the perfect industry for me.

What makes Complete Restoration different from other restoration companies are the owners. They are great people who do a lot of wonderful things for our community.They are hands-on everyday and it shows how much they care about their clients. They really go the extra mile to make sure they are taken care of from start to finish.

I consider it a privilege to help them grow their company! Joined Complete Restoration Services in 2019.

Executive Assistant

I have been in Idaho my whole life! I was raised in the small town of Council and moved to the Treasure Valley in 2009. My greatest joy is being a mother to my amazing son. We enjoy hiking and going on outdoor adventures together. I have been a CNA, Veterinary Assistant, Bookkeeper, and worked in Retail and Customer Service since the age of 15. The restoration business is new to me, but I have already learned so much and look forward to my career and growth with Complete Restoration Services.

Shawn

Mitigation Manager

Shawn Richards has 13 years of experience in the construction and restoration industries. He first joined CRS in 2017, left in 2021 to relocate his family to North Carolina and returned to CRS in June of 2022.  When it comes to working with clients, Shawn knows that property damage is a major disruption to their lives. He utilizes his expert time management skills to create timelines that provide realistic outcomes and help return their lives to normal. When he isn't working, Shawn enjoys spending with his family and the time outdoors. He can be found on the water, in his camper, or working around his property.

Michael

Project Manager

I grew up in and out of Idaho for most of my life. Originally from northern California. My parents and grandparents purchased property in Challis, ID in the late 90s and I have been mostly here ever since. My wife and I have been together for 3 years and have 2 beautiful daughters and a dog together. We spend most evenings doing family activities including dance offs, trampoline wrestling, and growing fruits and vegetables in the garden.  

My construction experience began at the age of 13 working summers for a local log home builder in the Challis area. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to serve under great mentors who, under their tutelage, have guided me through the construction industry with knowledge and experience. I look forward to meeting new people with challenging projects and tackling them full steam ahead!
