Our family had a refrigerator go out and flood around the immediate area, under the house and my wife's office. My wife sent out feelers that night and everyone she got a response from said they were at least a couple weeks out. Our insurance agency recommended trying Complete Restoration Services. I can't say enough about the service I received. They were very responsive from when I called them they were to my house within minutes. They accessed the damage and began their process. They contacted my insurance and negotiated my claim to my needs. The restoration team began to repair my home along with communicating with my insurance. This has been a long time coming. We had just purchased our dream home in Meridian and had spent a fair amount of time fixing it to the wife’s specifications. Shortly before we moved in, while we were away from the house a washing machine hose blew. It flooded the 2nd floor, which then collapsed onto the first floor. I cold called CRS before they were even open. They got guys in early and started the mitigation process. Had it not been for their prompt response, hard work, and thoroughness, I believe we would’ve lost the entire house. They are always responsive to calls, and emails, and if you have the opportunity to meet them in person, they’re even nicer. Now the fight with insurance continues. As far as companies go 10/10 would recommend. Tiffany and Shawn are wonderful. Tell them I sent you.

I would highly recommend these guys to anybody and everybody. An outside hose bib blew during the night and flooded our crawl space and they were there within 40 minutes to assess the damage. Incredibly professional and courteous and didn't mind checking the hard to reach areas of the crawl space. They could have taken advantage of my ignorance in water damage but didn't and pointed us in the best direction to manage the problem ourselves. I will definitely reach out to Complete Restoration Services with any future issues we have.
